Questions before you request assistance
What does the package include?+
Each per-traveler package combines any applicable attraction admission cost with our English-language reservation-assistance fee. It is one bundled package price, not the venue’s standalone ticket price.
Why do you need passport details?+
Many attractions in mainland China use real-name admission. We use the details only to coordinate the visit you requested.
Is the reservation automatic?+
No. A person checks the request and uses an appropriate official or authorized local channel. This lets us handle places whose rules and release windows differ.
When do I receive confirmation?+
The reservation result and entry instructions are sent to the email on the order. Your order page shows whether payment is received, assistance is in progress, or confirmation was sent.
Can I request a refund?+
Yes. You can submit a refund request from your order. It is reviewed manually because each attraction has different cancellation rules; a request is not a guarantee that a refund is available.
